By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Shared-Cost Model:
   I understand that the Heartland Metering Conference operates under a shared-cost structure.
   The total conference expenses (venue, meals, materials, etc.) will be divided evenly among all registered vendors, and each vendor will be billed their equal share after the event.

2. Payment Authorization:
   I agree to provide my credit card information directly to the Old Town Hotel, which will process payment after the event concludes, based on the final total and number of vendors participating.

3. Shared Booths:
   I understand that each registered vendor company is responsible for its own full portion of the final vendor fee, even if sharing a booth, table, or space with another vendor, distributor, or partner company.

4. Commitment to Attend:
   I acknowledge that once registered, my company’s participation represents a financial commitment to the shared expenses of the event.
   Cancellations or no-shows do not remove this obligation unless approved by the event organizers.

5. Privacy & Terms:
